1. Customer inquiry: 

2. Quotation reply: Review customer inquiries in time, determine the chassis model, emission standards,truck inside design, quantity, delivery period, payment method, packaging specifications and transportation methods to make official offers for customers. 

3. Formally place an order: After the customer confirms the purchasement. Let customers pay 30%-50%of deposits for production

4. Place production orders: After the order is confirmed by the guest's order, the drawing paper is given to the customer, the order is given to the factory, and the production plan is arranged. 

5. Examination: The production of the vehicle is completed, and the inspection is inspected; if the customer is designated by the customer to check the goods, it is necessary to check the goods and check the delivery date one week before the delivery period.

6. Balance payment: After inspection, the customer arranges a balance payment.

7. Delivery: 

   a. the customer has a freight forwarding in China, it can be shipped directly to the customer's freight forwarder and allows them to ship.

8. Preparation documents: commercial invoice, packed bill, bill of lading to customers scanned items to confirm, confirm that it is correct, and air transport is sent to the customer.
