Fuel tank truck are mainly used for transportation and storage of petroleum derivatives (gasoline, diesel oil, crude oil, lubricating oil and coal tar).
According to different uses and use environment, it has many functions of refueling or transporting oil, such as oil absorption, oil pumping, multi-oil sub-package and sub-release. There is a partition board in the oil tank, a guard plate and a platform at the top of the tank, manholes, observation holes and ventilation valves, and a sedimentation tank at the bottom of the oil tank.
The cross section of the oil tank can be oval, trapezoidal, rectangular, etc. Generally, it is welded by carbon steel plates, which is the oil storage container of the oil tanker, and can also be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy according to the transportation medium.
