How to place an order?

1. Contact our sales manager to discuss the truck type, (special function,shape,color ,logo and so on) 2. Our technical department design drawings according to the customer's requirements and confirm details with the customer. 3. Customers can use our shipping agent to provide shipping services, or if customers has their own shipping agent to contact us, we will fully cooperate. 4. We signed the contarct , the customer pays a deposit to start production.

What kind of payment methods can be accpeted?

1. T/T: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, and the balance 70% by T/T before the vehicle departures the factory. 2. L/C: Irrevocable letter of credit at sight. 3. Other payment terms is negotiable.

What is the minimum order quantity?

1. We can provide customers with at least one set of order quantity service. 2. Large quantity and favorable price.

What is the delivery time?

1. Regular products: etermine according to the specific model within 30days 2. Customized products: 45days can be customized according to specific requirements.

What is the pre-departure service?

1.We give washing, lubrication, inspection, and wax polishing services before vehicles shipment. 2.We can provide production progress video, inspection video, operation video and English operation manual. 3. If the customer is buying vehicles from China for the first time, we can provide one-stop service(production vehicles, shipping and customs clearance documents are provided)

What is the after-sale service?

1. Warranty period is 30,000km or 12months from the date of shippment whichever come first. 2. In case of vehicles failure, arrange engineers to provide after-sales maintenance technical guidance with video connection within 24 hours. 3.Replace parts or component that may break or fail by reason of inferior or defective material within the warranty period. 4.Caused by man-made or other external reasons, we will make repair solvement with users at cost price.
